By using churchpreptraining.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site describes the training Church Preparedness Training (“CPT”) offers. Training is scheduled and provided under a separate agreement with each church, and the details, prices and terms in that agreement apply to the training itself.
Information on the Site, including course descriptions and answers to common questions, is provided for general education. It is not legal, insurance or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional training. Laws, including use-of-force laws, vary and change; talk with your church’s attorney and insurer about your specific situation.
Training can help a church prepare, but no training can prevent every incident. CPT does not guarantee any particular result.
The Church Preparedness Training name, logo, emblem and the content on the Site belong to CPT and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
Please do not misuse the Site, including by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or submit false or harmful information through our forms.
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CPT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
